? on hpop on 01 7.3L

I read somewhere on this site about a 94 7.3L psd that ran low on oil in the hpop and I am wondering if my 01 7.3L psd needs to be checked it has 230,000 miles on it and I have had it for last 10,000 and never checked it. Thanks for any help!

The HPOP is feed oil from the crankcase, the only time you should have a problem with the oil level in it, is when your oil level is low in the truck. Thats why you want to stay on top of the oil changes, dirty or low oil will degrade the performance of the injectors. Hope that helps.
