Scotty's right. Cept I think Bullydog says that their propane systems will keep your EGT's about the same. The Water/Meth injection should get you down another 300 degrees however. And, if you are mixing the water with methanol, another 40 some horsepower from what I've heard.

http://www.snowperformance.net/ has the details. What are driving that has those mods with only 9psi of boost?

Basically it is an injection into the air intake at a recommended mix of 50% water and 50% methanol. Both components cool the aircharge and combustion chamber. The methanol is also a high octane fuel that increase the burn. It makes the EGT's lower and gives you 50-100HP. This kit is also a prevention for detonation they say.

Cool

Hey Nifty, Ther right on the money with the three methods mentioned. all of them will cool the intake charge. Water methenol mix has the least HP gain. Nitrous can cause alot of heat to the pistons. Propane really complements diesel. They both burn slow. Your emission level will also decrease. The last item to reduce EGT's is a bigger turbo. This nodoubt is the most expensive but you don't have to fill it up and you can use it 7-24. The water methenol can run all the time if you have a big enough tank. The nitrous and propane are for short burst's only. I can run mine with a 14,000 gross weight at 40lb manifold pressure with about 850 on the pyro.
