Wink EBPV BRAKE?

I have been thinking about doing this and I just wanted some ideas from you guys have done it. From what I read you cut the plug off the two wires leading from the sensor. Take one and make it hot and take the other one and ground it but use a switch to turn it on and off right? Has anyone swithed the hot lead? Were are you guys pulling your got from? What locations are you putting your switch.

My buddy did it and if you have an auto trans it isn't worth it. You have to wait about 3 secs after you flip the swith and the rpms have to stay between 2500 and 3000 for it to work. This unless my buddy did it wrong

No, thats what mine did too. THere is a delay on the valve. I had an auto, but i also had my trans rebuilt with a transgo shift kit. It held the lockup a lot longer for better decels. You can do the TC lockup mod along with this brake mod. Keep searching for ebpv brake threads. I did mine last may-june. I had a write up on it back then. I mounted my switch where the 4x4 shift on the fly knob would be. I had the t-case on the floor so i had that whole panel open.

Not really worth it for me, but you've got the right idea.
