What would you pay?

I have a chance to pick up a 99-00 (I can't remember exactly) F350 Lariat ccsb 4x4 with approx 28k miles on it. It has a 4 inch lift, 35's, Banks exhaust, and an aftermarket intake (can't remember brand).

It has a dent in the bed and the rear bumper is bent. Those are the only "problems" with the truck.

Any ideas what to offer?

Thanks,
Bill

Wow, thats some super low miles!!

You could fix those problem areas for less then $1000.
Truck prices have plumeted with the econ and fuel prices so I would say try low.

14k-15k maybe? Try Kelley Blue Book and see what it's worth.

KBB and NADA said 15-17.

I just didn't know if they were accurate anymore considering the economy.

well I wish I hadnt lifted it....now it reads wrong and gets HIGHER mileage than normal.........in a year it shows I've put over 30k on the clock........gotta figure out a way for EVERYTHING to read right without having to regear.

Um, lifted trucks will read LESS than actual mileage. Every 100 miles on my odometer shows 110 miles on my GPS.

Larger tires = fewer revolutions per mile = higher than actual miles displayed.

I've only had the truck for 13 almost 14 months now, and I bought it with 143718 and it now has .........well when I left it had 175.....and some change???? I KNOW for a fact I've put about 20k on it though

Its very possible that you've put that many miles on your truck. I took delivery of mine on 4/1/2005 (7 miles on the odometer) and I'm sitting at almost 133k miles.
