99 6speed clutch problems

i have a 99 f250 7.3 6speed and im in a bit of a pickle over my clutch problem. heres whats going on. when i push the clutch pedal in i cant get into gear but anything after first when im going down the road i can trucker shift it just fine but it seems to me that the clutch is not fully disingageing does anyone know what might cause my clutch not to fully disengage. thanks bob

First I would do is flush and bleed the hydraulics.

But you just got a new clutch this spring-- not installed right?

bushing on the rod end under dash to pedal ? do you have a lot of free travel/play before pedal gets stiff
