Has anyone heard of this big boost on ebay?

I was messing around on ebay looking at turbos and saw this thing called big boost which claims 20-50% more boost just by adding this.
Does this thing really work ? Are there any tests that prove this to be true?
Sounds like a waste of money-what do you guys think?

waste... theres no way to get 20-50% power from just a turbo, its probly a crappy turbo at that.

tighten your waste gate rod and you will get the same PSI as that big boost..

If we are talking about the same thing, its a boost fooler type thing right?
I have one and it just allows you to make more because it doesnt let the engine defuel when you hit 23-24 psi. I cant verify the results with numbers, But I know my check engine light has only come on once since I have had it compared to once or twice a week from over boost.
