10.25"/10.5" sterling bearing size

are the carrier and pinon bearings the same on the 10.25" and 10.5" sterling rear ends?

just did a test with my limited slip on concrete one tire wet one tire dry is this an accurate test for the limited slip or is it likely to not spin both in the mud, cause i was applying the brakes(power brake?) wife said the dry one spin first then the wet one started spinning and never quit! i need to know if i need a locker and dont have time to go off road
