block heater cord protector

so im looking for the weather protector on the block heater cord. the one that slips over the 3 metal prongs. i cant find one of these anywhere. its like they dont exist. does anyone know where i can get one or what they are actually called?

ya i have thought about doing that mod. but i want a new bumper so i might wait until i get a new one then do it. cuz thats just the marine plug from cabelas right?

On the cord protector, I'm assuming you checked your cord to see if it didn't slide upstream somewhere?
