Tranny Valve Body Replacement Question

In the Tech Files for the 7.3's, there is a write up called ----- Valve Body Install Write Up With Pics.

I assume the valve body is being replaced along with a new gasket.

Where do you find the upgraded valve body? Anybody got a sponoring vendor and part number , etc., So I can look into this a bit more ?

I am currently doing various oring replacements and turbo wheel replacement/rebuild plus a few other things. My 7.3 decieded to begin leaking all over the place.

I'd like to hit the upgrades in one major swoop once I gather up all the parts and pieces.

Thanks, Russ

BTS is the supplier that is mentioned on Guzzle's website. I'll give them a call and get things rolling. Being new to the performance diesel scene, I do not know the information such as vendors like you guys that have learned this info before me. But I'm learnin'............

FTVB has been making tuned VB's for the 4r100 longer than anyone, as well as John Woods. Just make sure you follow the torque specs and pattern when you do it.

Can the tuned valve bodies be used in congunction with a shift kits such as the Sonnax/Tricumulator Kit ? Or does the modified VB along with a good tuned chip take care of all the shifting woes?

Thanks, Russ
