Rear Axle Tag Reading....

My rear axle tag reads;

5 409 H
73 10 5 0CZ0

It's a 12 bolt cover, I am assuming this is a 4:10 gear 10.5 Sterling, it's in a 2000 Ford F250 and the axle code on the tag on the door post is 9...is this right?....Thanks, Fred....who has the best deal on ring and pinions? I have a moan when in forward gear...I will be pulling the cover to inspect...200,000 miles on the rear axle.....

I dont know much on the axels but most of the newer 7.3's & 6.0's are 3.73 while as the obs trucks were either 4.10 or 3.55's

I guess I will have to pull the cover and take a look to see how bad the ring gear looks....any known problems with the 10.5 Sterling?
