GPR issue with new stancor

I have a new Stancor relay I ordered, and swapped it out then I went about testing it... I have constant power to the first big terminal. When I activate the key, I get 12 v on the small posts, but here enlies the problem I never see power on the outgoing large terminal. I think I have lost a ground. Where would the grounding point be with the small control wires... A diagram would be great.

Thanks

i think it grounds out when you bolt her down...cross the 2 big post with a screw driver and hold it there for about 30 sec..then see if she starts..
