What needs to be done to do a body lift on a 99 7.3 ?

Do not do a body lift. It is a pain in the @$$. There are so many things that you have to do to make it work that it really is easier to stick to suspension lifts. I had a body lift on a F150 and I hated it.

i agree, take alot of work and there not safe.
