stalled and then took off

pullin off a side street on to the highway today my truck stalled like i killed it with the clutch pulled off the side of the road and was able to take off just fine. pulled up to the first light and went to take off again and done the same thing. tank shows half full and the temp is around 15 degrees. ive been running diesel kleen at each fill up. how do i tell if possible the fuel is gelled (sp) up? just changed the cps about 4 months ago

found the problem it was a washer sitting on the negative battery terminal that was hitting the hood and making my filter arc against the hood
