1211 and shakin at idle, hard to start

So im throwing a code 1211, and my truck sucks to start and shakes like crazy when it does. The ford tech told me it is the ipr and its showing low pressure, causing it to be hard to start also. So do you guys agree.

could be IPR, faulty ICP sensor, could be leak in HPOP system, 1211 code needs some diagnosis

1211 is set if ICP is 400 ish psi above or 275ish psi below desired pressure for about 7 seconds

would like to see the duty cycles % of the IPR, did they live scan the truck?

it could be just the IPR, but IMHO i'd hate to throw a 200 part on it without knowing a little more

They leak internally.

Pop your hood, look straight that the truck, on the front of the DS head there will be a plug with a purple seal-thingy on it. Check that.
