lowering my 350 ?

can i flip the axle where it is on top of my leaf springs instead of the bottom to lower my truck ?

Yes, but it will take a little work. Some companies make axle flip kits that will work.

You're gonna have to c-notch the frame. Derrick is right, although I don't know off the top of my head, but there are companies out there that'll make a complete kit. I'd check out beltech. they have been around for many years.
