My first ford, 2000 Ford F250 PSD

I hope this is the appropriate section.

I just put a deposit on this truck last night. So now i am the proud owner of a 2000 Ford super duty diesel with the 6 speed manual. It is the lariet but it must have been custom ordered. It has no leather but has power seats, the lie o' meter. It has the manual 4x4 with manual hubs as well. It was previously owned by a 70 year old man who recently passed away.
It has 132,000 kms on it and is bone stock.

Here are some pictures.

The only thing im going to need to change on it is the tires. It has brand new winter studded tires on it. Im looking to buy some different rims altogether and keep these ones for winter. That leads me to my first question.

Do the 04 ford f350 rims fit on my year of truck? From what i have read people are saying 99-03 but others are saying 99-04 rims are the same. Just looking for some clarification.

Thanks

Steve

Looks good, not sure about the rims. If someone doesn't chime in just call a reputable tire store or the parts dept @ a Ford dealer. You can also have an OASIS report done on the truck if your a premium member. The OASIS report is Ford's secret report that will tell you anything that has been repaired (warranty or not) through Ford. It can disclose some scarry things or ease you mind about the truck. It's priceless when your purchasing a used truck!!

Brought her home tonight. It took all my willpower not to just get in it and do a few hour road trip. I love it! I have only had one diesel before but it was the toyota 4 cylinder. I love torque, thats all i need to say!
