hpop swap

Hello everyone, gotta question about a hpop. I have the 15 on my early 99 and i recently bought a 17 to replace mine. Is there any way of testin it before i tear apart my truck or is it just do it and pray?

They're almost never bad. It isn't bolt and pray. It'll work, how well it will work, isn't testable without expensive equipment.
