Wheel lugs for the superduty

Ive got a new set of wheels coming for my superduty and i was wondering if anyone had a brand of chrome lugs nuts they would recommend.

Whut size is the thread on 1999-2003s?

Anyone know of any vendors or websites to get a set of 32 for cheap?
