need opinions
i am looking at a 2000 f350 (no dual tires) with 7.3 its a lariat in GREAT shape.. new tranny at 200k new ac and steering linkage and shocks at 225k.. its a extended cab truck.. they asking 11800 for it.. sounds steep but these things sell fast around here

Offer them 10,500 for it and see what happens. How man miles are on it if all that was done past 200,000? as they creep up upon 300,000 more major things need replaced in the engine.

Truck sounds like its had a good life. how many on the ticker? I think you could probably get it for a little less though cause of the face value of the miles, but these trucks will run for quite a bit longer if they have been treated right.

i hope so lol finding one is the key tho nobody around these parts wants to sell them because of the 6.0 problems everyone is hanging on to them til something more dependable hits the market.. and most of what i do find is in this price range. I almost flipped out that this truck books at like 14k retail! that is crazy!
