If you want to hear your intake instead of the radio get the S&B
If you want the best filtering intake and stock quite and 30% more airflow, get the AIS. You can see by my sig what I chose!!!

Well I don't think the sound would bother me, but I would like the best filtration. Man now I don't know know what to go with! I was so close to ordering the S&B.

I've got the S&B on my 99 and have never had any problems with it. Sounds great, but I wouldn't say its loud.

Good luck

Your truck = awesome, mine with a short bed. I would pick the ais if i had the money, right now mine is the diy intake, i would like it to look a tad more professional.

You won't get any more professional than the AIS, plus the zoodad mod still helps usher all that fresh cold air directly into the filter.

Well, filtration was my number one concern with perforance a close second. I ended up going with the AIS. Had it for a few years now and have no complaints. I have replaced the filter once, but after changing it, I don't really think I needed to. I would buy it again if I had to do it over again.
