Correct water pump torque specs?

So I've seen reference to some bad numbers in some of the repair manuals.

What are the correct torque values for the bolts?

TIA

Water Pump and Thermostat bolts are only 18ft lbs, you go much more you will destroy the rubber O ring that seals the WP and break the bolt!!
