Stop Laurie, Don't buy into all this "MC is the only filter to use" WIX makes some of the best filters you can buy and for years all I have used. Last year they started going to this cap included style, pissed me off because the price jumped to $23.00 as well. Make sure you save your old cap in case they get smart and go back to the filter only. The good thing is the square deal on top makes it easy to get off. Use that filter with 100% confidence!!!

All major auto stores will price match. Print off their add online where they're like $20 and take that into the store and have them match it.

I like wix products and I don't even mind if the lid is integral with the filter. What I don't like is the square cut lid gaskets on the NAPA filters (wix?) with the integral lid. If that new filter doesn't have the OEM style beveled gasket then chuck it. The flat gaskets that look like a big rubber washer leak in my experience and you'll have that leak for 10,000 miles.
