Frame Question....

I am buying a Diamond snow plow for my truck (1999 f-250 7.3 turbo crew cab) The truck that the plow was on is a 1996 f-250. It comes with push plates to fit the frame on the 1996 f-250. I was wondering if the frame on my truck is the same as or close to the 1996 frame. I'm hoping I could use the push plates from the 1996 as is or with as little modifacation as possible! Thanks for all you help!!!

It will take some modification but I am sure you can get it to work. I would put stiffer springs on the front, they can barely handle the weight of the engine let alone a plow!!!
