Very Loooooong Crank after prolonged non-operation

I love my truck, but haven't had any reason to drive it since last Fall. It just sits.

I took it to Arizona in early March, it had been sitting for 14 weeks. I brought it home, then it sat until yesterday. In both instances (after sitting for months) it cranked for at least 30 seconds before it fired. It never used to take this long, even if it sat the same 2-3 months at a time. The next day, or the rest of the trip, it started normally. About 2-3 seconds to fire-up for first start of the next day.

I recall something about a check-valve, or one-way valve in the HPOP reservoir that allows the reservoir to empty when the engine is shut down. If so, I think my symptoms point to this.
How easy is it to access?
And can it be cleaned, or should I get a new one from Ford?
Anything else needed to change this out?
Is there something else it could be?

Thanks for the help.
