Edge Evolution Won't Program
I recently bought an Edge Evolution for my truck. I installed into the dash pod and hooked up the cable. When I turn it on, all the gage functions work properly, but when I tell it to change to one of the programs (tow, race, or extreme) it has me turn off the key, then asks me to turn the key back on but when I do it doesn't recogize it, it just kind of freezes telling me to turn on the key.
Here are the steps I have taken so far: Updated the evolution using the Edge Fusion software Pulled out my trucks computer to make sure that there wasn't already a chip on it Repeatedly attempted to program with the edge Still I get the same error. Anyone have similar problems? Any suggestions? Thanks, Jake |

I've called them a couple times. The first guy I got was pretty good, he's the one who told me to do all the things I've tried so far. The second time the guy just said to wiggle the plug and if that didn't work he didn't know what to do.

well can you get a refund? there are other stuff better than that available that is better for your truck anyways.... a custom tuned chip and a set of gauges and you will be set...

Nope, no refunds, I bought it on ebay, so it might be a problem with the programmer itself. I'm hoping I can get it to work.
