Severe axle hop

I'm sure this is a common thread, but I searched and couldn't find what I was looking for. I got a 2000 xcab longbed 7.3 6-speed F250. If it's a rainy day, or I am trying to do a burnout, the rear axle begins hopping so badly, it literally shook the radio out of my dash. Is there any products out there to address axle hop? I am scared I will damage the truck if I do not correct this issue.

I have a set of Bulletproof suspension traction bars here right now, brand new... I never used them on my truck because I decided to 4 link the rear... they are normally 700, and I will get rid of them for 500 if you are interested....
