Which HPOP do I have?

I've got a 99 F-250 PSD built 3-99. Would this be a 17* HPOP? I think it may be going out since it seems to lay over from about 2500 and above intermittantly. Most of the time it pulls very good, other times it just falls flat. It's even worse when I turn it up from tow to performance. Any other thoughts what might be causing this? Thanks for any input guys!

that build date...I belive it to be a 15* hpop, not sure when the cut change over was. It sounds like the hpop is runnign out of oil to keep the oil supplied to the injectors.
Keep in mind, without a boost fooler, at 20-22psi of boost, the computers conna defuel....

Any mods done to the truck, other than a tuner...are they canned tunes or custom?

No other mods yet, just canned tunes in the edge. By christmas I should have my DIY intake done & have a 6 position chip & hopefully 4" turbo back. Just don't want to have a pre-existing problem before I do all these mods! Any way I can determine which HPOP I have?
