???s for anyone running HIDs

Ok so for any of you that are running HIDs in your truck i have som questions

1. What temp?
2.What type of lens are you using
3. Where did you get them from and what type is it?
4. do people ever flash you?
5. The big question. Have you ever been pulled over for it? if so did you get a ticket?

thanks guys im looking into maybe doing the hids but i have to ask a few questions first

I have the;
1.6k pure white,
2.factory lenses,
3.got them online (ebay, I think),
4.VERY seldom flashed and I think when I was, I was loaded so they were probably aiming higher than normal,
5.never pulled over
Absolutely love them, they make driving at night so much more enjoyable.

1. 6000K
2. Stock lens
3. Got them off of Ebay $56.99 to my door XenTec is the brand I have
4. I get flash all the time, the worst is when you are behind a little car like a civic and they will flip you off. People have even gone like 5 mph in a 35 just to piss me off, i don't care though I just turn my chip to 140 and get in front of them and start rollin the coal . The difference is night and day i would highly recommended them.
5. Never been pulled over, the best part driving on the highway you can see the cops who are posted like a mile away because the reflective stripes they have on their cars really stand out with the lights.

There have been a couple of times a car will follow right beside me when it is pitch dark and we are the only ones on the road just so they can see better lol.

I can make you a good deal on BFXenon kits.... or you can talk to Raul@stealthautomotive on here... i wouldnt suggest anything over 6000k nor would i suggest 55w lights... 4300k-6000k is the range you want to stay in and 35w kits are the only ones worth it... If you want a BFXenon kit, let me know... they are phillips ballasts and mcculloch bulbs which are the best in the industry... dont buy the cheap fleabay kits... you will regret the chinese garbage they sell... as for the housing, you can run them in the stock housing without an issue, but they will work better in a projector housing... its your call either way you will fall in love and never go back to halogen...

and just for information sake... before I started selling, i got my HID setup, and they were from raul... he made me a great deal and they are decent kits...

hi beams are pointless IMHO, but with these trucks you need a bixenon kit to run both since they are the same bulb... I have never once turned on my high beams though since I got my HID's in my truck... no need to
