Welcome Back!!
For an intake, unless you are going to build 450+ HP there is no better filtration element than the AIS, plus it flows 30% more air than stock and all the air your truck will need. For exhaust, contrary to internet myth you don't need a 4" turbo back system!!! The factory restriction is in the muffler not the size of the plumbing. I have been preaching this for years, some listen some don't but it has been proven time and time again, just straight pipe it or add the Walker BTM muffler, cost is about the same and I prefer the BTM, of course Gauges should be at the top of your want list.
