Hey guys. New to this forum. I have an early 99 f-350 with from what I have read a wicked wheel already in the stock compressor. This should eliminate compressor surging. I towed my Jeep the other day for the first time going up in the mountains and heard the usual surge sound at full throttle, high get (1100) and higher boost. Since I have an early 99 that should have the wicked wheel stock what could be causing the compressor surge? From what I read I cannot get the ATS housing which eliminates it. Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

The e99 wheel can surge.

Any of the billet replacement wheels will fix it. They will also lower egts 100 degrees, more boost etc etc
