Cabs off, what's next?

Guys,

Hypothetical situation: I had to pull the cab. Now that's it's off what maintenance or upgrades should I/ would you do now that everything is out in the open?

BTW: what brought this on was me trying to put the turbo back in and dropping the Y-pipe T-clamp bolt into the exhaust Y; I cussed out everyone who had a hand in engineering this nightmare.

couldnt think of anything, for maintenance. only good thing for the cab off is when you do head gaskets.

nc1500, was not trying to a jerk on why you pulled it, my aploigies.
Lot of work though.
I would replace the turbo O rings, but i assume you were cause you were pulling the turbo. I would change the pedestal o rings too.
The up pipe gaskets would be easy in your situation. Re tighten and maybe replace the nuts and bolts holding the up pipe to the manifold. They rust in place.
Consider new exhaust manifold gaskets while up pipes are off too. Much easier to do when you can reach the stuff.
Look for leaks and fix.
