can i put an 03 turbo the 10 vane on my 99.5 7.3l

No, pedistal is different and the turbo is COMPLETELY different. the 03+ turbo has a VGT solenoid that controls the veins in the turbo. the 7.3 doesnt have variable vane technology. no way to make it work without custom piping and wiring for the VGT solenoid.

there are some guys who have done this, BUT, it takes alot of work. no where near a easy task IMO.
