Build Sheet

I asked my service writer at the dealer to print me up a Build Sheet.
I'm planning to do a little work on my rig and want to know exactly whats there. I don't have the time to waste on the wrong parts.
Got 2 back. One is 8 pages, the other is 34 pages.
8 pages= too general
34 pages= whew! very detailed, all 10-13 digit part numbers, no description.
Question? How do I get a Build Sheet with part #s and a brief description?
Techs, Marc, anybody?

Went to dealer today. Useless as teets on a bull.
Anybody have access to FoMoCo computer?
