Brake Light

I was at a stop sign, and had a small sliver to pull out, so I accelerated pretty hard, and my brake light came on and the annoying dinger came on like it thought my e-brake was on. And then after about 3 seconds it turned off and went back to normal.

Any ideas why it came on?

I'll check fluids, when I got home it was pitch black.

I did go reach for the release lever, maybe the pedal moved just enough to make it come on and it actually went off when I pulled it?
