tranny temp

is it normal for my temp to go over 180 on normal to everyday driving....... i should just tell you that its in the 90's out here...... it only goes 190 or so but i was sure

thats getting up there, you may want to check into an additional cool like the one dpp sells for WAY cheap, it keeps the temps way down

Usually 60-80 degrees above ambient without a load. Once it starts hitting 200 your starting to get too hot.

ya i dont no it was sitting like at 190 200 and i was runnin it pretty hard..... should i get it looked at or what

Pulling my 32' camper I barley get over 160 doing 75-80 on the interstate or around town. I also have the upgraded towing and cooling package..

i hate to be redundant but check out this link on the install i did, Transtar Tranny Oil Cooler Install

since i installed it i havent seen over 160 and i(dont pull anything) but i hammer the dog out of it all the time

for 50+ bux and a quick install its well worth it

In South Carolina it gets right hot around here too...
