Just traded my 99 24 valve 4x4 cummins for a 00 4x4 stroke. Im doing a ball joint job today and need to figure on some tires.. I would like to go a bit bigger than stock. Not sure what would fit and or if I can put blocks on the front to get some clearance for some 33's or 35's.. Can I get some 2.5 blocks for the front or is that a nono?

NO NO Yes people do it, but why chance it. If anything go with a SMALL shackle extension to get a little more lift. Lift Kits for your truck are pretty darn cheap too. Look on E-bay, find a good 4 inch kit and stuff 35 or 36's on that bad boy. I have a 4 in Skyjacker kit, and clear 35's with NO problems at all. In fact with a little trimming, I think I can squezze 37s next after I finish burning these off! LOL
