WTF Motorcraft Oil?

I have done 5 oil changes since i have had the truck. Twice I have used Motorcraft, and both times within 1000 miles, blew an O-ring on HPOP line at the pump.
First time, could have been original O-ring around 100k I understand. Second time, don't believe in coincidences.

Ideas?
Anyone else had this experience?

So you're saying that the same high pressure oil line blew an o-ring at the pump? More than likely it wasn't seated properly.

Not saying you did a sloppy job, but I have done a lot of these, and I know how it could happen.

I hear what you are saying but thats impossible. The first time, it was fine for over 6000 miles using rotella, oil change with motorcraft, 500 miles, bam. New seals, rotella, around 4000 miles no problems, drained oil to install something, put in motorcraft, within a 1000 fails again.

I hate to say it but you are gonna have to chalk it up to improper install. It has nothing to do with the oil

The first one still isnt leaking, the second one i did hasnt leaked since, how so?

Sorry if I wasnt specific.

I know thats gonna open another can of worms, cuz the tech says to replace all three at once, but if it aint broke...
