icp sensor full of oil

The sensor on top of drivers side fuel rail is full of oil. I know thats not supposed to leak. What happens if thats not getting the correct signals? what could it be doing? Last 2 days harder starts in the morning. But i dont know when this started leaking.

Mine was like that and it was missing a little when cold. i changed it and no missing and picked up a little power on the low end.

cool, i changed it with one from international. Same numbers on it. We'll see in the morning. This was missing real real bad. Took 4 to 5 tries to start it then it ran ok.
