Thanks all. This last volley would have been useful, but I used MORE work time and pulled the truck out into the shop. I unplugged th ebpv and on first startup, no hiss. I plugged in the block heater and the real test will be this evening when I go to leave the office. On the bonus side, I found an engine valley packed full of insulation! Looks like mice, rats, or squirrels, have been eating away at the insulation around the IC pipes and made themselves a nice little nest in there....Ugh.. Got some out with my fingers, but then took the air hose to it... Probably inhaled a life-shortening amount of fiberglass ![]() Quote:

Thanks to all. No problems for a few days now. With the uber-cold coming up and my truck due in for warranty work anyways (CPS and speed control) I think I'll pick up a new section of tubing and throw it on and re-plug in the EBPV.
