Best rear locker for daily driven f-350?

I want a locker of some sort in my truck, but I have no idea what I should go with. Also, what size rear diffs do these trucks run?

You have a 10.25 / 10.5 Sterling. And my recommendation is also for the TruTrac.

ARB is probably the best option. I have been debating this myself since I would still like it to be tow friendly on occasion. There aren't a lot of options if you have a SRW like mine. I can't remember if they make a Detroit locker or not, but that would be another possible option as well. The trutrac isn't really a locker but a better limited slip than the factory unit. If you want it for four wheeling then it is my opinion that it just isn't worth the money. I'll be watching this myself because I don't really want to drill my housing to install the ARB but I am not a huge fan of the auto lockers. I have had one before and didn't really like it's road manners. If they made a spool I would consider that but any kind of towing other than light stuff would be pretty much out of the questions, good luck with the decision. If you don't mind the price and drilling the housing it's hard to go wrong with an ARB.

I'm curious on this too, since I will be towing a 5th wheel and need the extra traction. Plus having a locker of some sort in the snow would be nice too

Don't know if they make one for these trucks, but Ected makes a locker that works like a limited slip but is in full lock at the flip of a switch. Plus, it's electric, so there is no need for air tanks/compressors, and it's a pretty slick install.

I had an ected in my f150, the unit was only 650 which is pretty competitive considering detroits are about the same.

On the topic of lockers, what about a front locker? What is the front diff in these trucks? Dana 60?
