gotta suspension that sits 10 in the front and 12 in the back right now so im getting 3 in level kit in the front and then a custom 4 in body lift with fender skirts to make it look like all suspenion lift, around 17 in the front and 16 in the back and i want 49s but also a quiet tire.

you won't have much of a selection in any thing that big,to be honest there are only 2 or 3 tires that i know of TrXus MT / STS :: Interco Tire and they aren't cheap

Military tires on bigrim rims or oversized rims or some 49" MickeyThompsons or IROK's... you're looking at 2500+ for just tires.
