programmer/check engine light?

I just got a diablo sport programmer for my 02 f250. I put in the 110 hp program. after a couple trips around town, the cel came on. the programmer listed 4 codes that were normal with a tune. the 3 I had were not on the list. I dont recall what they were off the top of my head. Is this normal? thanks

I swithched to the 85hp tune, light still on. programmer says po602, po605, p1211, & p1690 are common. I have;
po603 KAM
p1636 inductive signature chip communication error
po670 glow plug module control circuit
