alignment question

I was wondering, I have a slight(in the steering wheel) shake at 30mph. I have rebalanced the wheels. I recently did 2 ball joints and both inner tie rods.
The steering wheel is now not centered. Basically the alignment is slightly off. Still drives ok, no real pulling to one side or the other. Could, if the alignment, is slightly off cause it to shake at 30mph. Goes away 35 plus mph.
