fixed oil leaks, now hard to start

just replaced all the o rings on top of the motor, took wiring harness out, took out fuel filter bowl, turbo/pedestal, degreased engine compartment and replaced both hpop lines. now the truck takes forever to start hot or cold, turns over for 10 seconds before it starts and idles really rough for a few seconds when it starts up. is there a way to hook up the wiring harness wrong?

It is going to take a while until you have all the air out of the system... give it some time...
