turning radius

Hey all,

On my father in laws 98 chevy truck, they placed rubber spacers in the steering rack to limit the steering radius, or increase it I guess I should say. On the 99's they did not have it. It was a simple manner of pulling these bump stops out to make the truck much more driveable in parking lots and when negotiating around trees on his property etc.

I have an 02 4x4 dually that has a horrible turning radius and was thinking about that today. Is there some way to better its turning ability. I tried a search but couldn't find anything!

Thanks!
