how much do u think it would cost to get a 1999.5 7.3l rebuilt stock?

I would think in the neighborhood of 2500-3000...

I would think extra for that. 2500-3000 Just for a basic rebuild on a complete longblock. That would be a good start I would think...

Just a basic rebuilt is around $2500 - $3000. That would be valve job and all the machine work and new pistons and bearings.

Anything else you want to do just starts adding up.

what kinda injectors? if you are doing anything over stock then you would also need a bigger turbo.
