leaf spring spacer silencer things

What are the little plastic shims callled that fit between my front leafs? They are all missing and broken. The leafs rattle and clunk. I put a piece of floor matt inbetween and noise is gone. But the springs wear a hole in that real quickly in a couple weeks. Can i replace those parts with factory? I would prefer leafs but dont have the extra cash
