Bilstein Boots
I'm getting ready to install a set of Bilstein shocks.
From the looks of them, the boots are on the bottom? So Question: Are they installed with the BOOTS an the BOTTOM? Part # F4-BE5-2818-HO -2819- Thanks. |

Thanks Vit.
I just thought it was a little odd because all the aftermarket shocks I see have the boot on the top. |

I would imagine that it's done to eliminate unsprung weight. Basically the weight there is below your springs(tires, wheels, axles, shocks, etc), the worse your truck will ride.
I've been seeing a lot of upside down shocks lately. |
