2002 Excursion won't start after third of forth start of the day!

I own a 2002 Excursion with a 7.3 Turbo and have starting troubles. It won't start after the forth or fifth start of the day. It just cranks. If I wait a half hour it will start up and run fine. I changed both batteries (due to leakage of main battery) and replaced the alternator due to other dc issues. The truck ran fine for two days. Then on the third day right back to not starting after the first start of the day. I replaced the CPS with my blue International CPS that I use for troubleshooting purposes.

I understand oil pressure is what controls fuel flow. What the heck is going on here? Ford has the Excursion for a Monday repair.
