glow plug relay, heat relay, and starter solenoid
What is the differance in these three, my truck has all three and they all look the same. I think my heat relay is going out and not one of the parts stores has one

You must be talking about the Intake Air Heater relay which lives beside the Glow Plug Relay. If that thing goes bad then no big deal, it doesn't really do anything anyways. Notice that most people including me disable it and remove it from the intake.

I believe they are different wattages. The best thing you can do is replace the GPR with the Stancor Relay. It is much larger and actually made to habdle 200amps, not like the POS Ford used. One of the best non performance mods I have done.

Where do you get stancors at? The reason I'm asking is when I went to start it monday it was cold and raning. When I went to start it and it would not start. It started blowing out a big cloud of white smoke. So I thought maybe the heat relay went out. I can plug it in for a few and then it will start

You can by the Stancor ( iirc 586-902 is the part number) at several places, just find the best price. Have you checked the GPR and GP's? I have a How To article in the maintenance section that walks you through it.
